Which is why I told AXA the situation had changed any my son was now main driver. Well temporarily at least, I hope to get back to UK for a while at some point. And yes, I can see why they were not...

To be honest I find their on-line site pretty antiquated and messy, compared with most UK and other Spanish banks.

Sabadell's site needs a re-vamp.

I tried to open an on line account with BBVA as it was free to non residents. Only it was in fact impossible to do, either on the mobile or on PC and no one in any branch I called at, was prepared...

Spanish Lawyers do not do conveyancing, you are only paying for them to draw up the legal contracts.....so many of us did not understand this. Its not like in the UK.

I don't remember having to wait for number plates when we did our car. We just took paperwork to a local shop that made them up while we waited. The deed was done in Cadiz.
