Here in Kenora, we've had about 40cm of snow so far and it's -22 Celcius at the moment.... Due to drop to -28ish later tonight.......

We saw it last year and it reminded me of the Coca-Cola advert..... We didn't go and see the show but we did drive past so we could see all the lights.... Worth a look

My sister was stranded here, she was due to fly back on 15 Sept from Winnipeg to Gatwick.... She ended up going back on 29 Sept with Air Canada to Heathrow.... This had extra inconvenience for her as...

This is true if you have a spare 500,000+ as most of the private banks who take on foreign accounts won't even look at you as their criteria is so strict.
Most of them won't touch you if you live...

I just recently passed my 2 year anniversary... 19 May 2006 was my quit day and I haven't looked back. Still 2 stone heavier than I was before I quit, but about 50 times fitter :)

My son was bullied earlier on this year. I went to his school the morning after he told us and by mid morning the 3 boys involved had been hauled up in front of the principle.... It was stopped there...

When I was looking to book our one way flights Zoom were considerably cheaper when booking a return ticket,There was a $100.00 difference on the fare when we priced the one way and the return.....

We moved here in August last year and it was the best thing we have ever done... Yes OH works longer hours for less money but no stress, he was in finance before so lots of stress...We own our house...

This is the way we flew for the last 3 trips to Kenora including our move. As long as you leave plenty of time between your connections you should be ok. We've never missed a connection yet.

We're still shivering in the minuses. -8 at the moment, expected low of -14 and even lower tomorrow and Wednesday, no more snow though.... I hope;)

We exchanged Matt's license last week, and as it wasn't issued more than 2 years ago we had to prove he had held a full license for longer than that.

I scored 5 on the British test, and 100% on the Canadian.

I'm from the Channel Islands though and some of the laws are different there. EG you still need a dog license.

I did and use the roamer (Cable & Wireless Guernsey), although it is expensive to make and receive calls £1.00 a minute . I only use it now if someone calls me, and then I cut them off pretty quicky...
