Thank you I knew it was there somewhere. Pity they don't cover over 75 as the parents are that. I wonder if there are any others that do. At least so are covered with it.

Well we have got a pre approval for a home loan on 5% deposit for anyone else in the same boat it is possible. Was told that it has to be 20% but seems not!
After being told no by a few banks one...
