I read at some websites that in San Francisco and some other certain locations that rule doesnt apply...

I read someone's post on Kamya that name change procedure in San Francisco has been changed, they dont do that during the naturalization interview anymore; that you have to go through local court...

Can perm resident in California divorce through summary dissolution?

Can perm. resident (has 10 yr card) in California get divorced through summary dissolution (faster divorce than regular marriage dissolution) without harming his/her status?

When we filed our I-751 there was a question if you have been arrested, so we checked YES to that question, and then we sent all certified copies of papers we've got from the court,...
