i'm in the same position. some companies do have graduate jobs listed but focus on canadian grads. apparently it will be very difficult to secure a position as a recent immigrant grad.

the US is NOT more flexible in terms of jobs for immigrants. its almost impossible these days to get PR there. no matter where you go, getting a job will always be tough.
