Welcome to the small world in expats.They're aren't too many chefs around.

Contact City and Guilds and they can send you a syllabus.I think they charge for them.I even got one from 1985.My advice...

We are now living in Mountain Creek.We were aiming for Buderim but found the school catchments didn't extend to there.The boys are in Mountain Creek School and they love it....

Not sure on Canada.
I do normally 5 days.Sun,Mon off then its splits and straights the rest.But I have not worked later than 10.They all go out early and you cannot find many good places to eat...

I have just started as second chef because I wasn,t sure about jumping straight in.I am on the Sunshine coast and beleive me the wages are crap here.A head chef will get 50k...
