Sunshine Coast meet up
OK guys who's up for a get together 
The meet will be at the Kawana Hotel as usual
Just need to know what date and time will suit everyone

My brother in law arrives 13th July so I am sure he would be interested. Any time thereafter. Would suggest sunday lunch because there is a clown between 1 and 3 for the kids!

A Sunday lunchtime meeting around 12 noon sounds the best bet for everybody then

BTW would suggest once the date is decided.... that someone needs to ring and book some tables. The place gets very busy. Also it would be a good idea to put plaque (?sp) or something on table with "BE# on then everyone knows which guys are there for the BE meet up.

OK guys, it looks like the 15th is the date everyone is able to attend so lets go for
sunday 15th july at 12 noon

I'll put it on the meet up calander
I'll book some tables once i have an idea on numbers and try and get the ones near the kiddies area so those with little ones don't have to worry so much
I'll get some signs made up too
what do you think about name tags or is that a bit sad! i suppose it is really!
anyway just add your names to this thread if you are up for it
