Contacted the DOCP last week and because our situation is 'holiday accommodation' it is not covered by the Residential Tenacies act, therefore they cannot help.

My mum and dad have told the owner...

That's exactly the point I'm trying to get across moneypen..:thumbsup:

It is tourist accommodation not a normal tenancy.

There is no tenacy agreement, no letting agents involved.

It's a holiday home booked through Stayz, everything included, not a tenancy.

I just can't get over the cheek..

They are supposed to be on holiday!!! in a holiday home advertised on a holiday site.

You don't book a holiday in say Spain and to have to leave for an hour...

That would be good wouldn't it, it would help a lot of people if a lot of contact numbers were contained in one thread instead of having to do numerous searches.

(9 Suitcases, Laptop, 2 Holdalls and 4 Handbags)
