Unhappy shipping nightmare! (question)

we had our stuff packed up a couple of days ago by a company called oceansky, originaly i was pretty pleased with our qoute of just over $3000 for a shared container, but now they want to charge us...

question for those who have returned with dogs

hopefuly someone will be able to answer my question..

if we are not going to arrive in time to pick our dog up from the airport, can someone else pick her up? and would they need to have any paper...

i now have a qoute from animal logistics too, that was $2890, obviously my dog is slightly bigger than yours!
we are northern nsw, so melbourne is too far and dont want to fly beloved...

i recieved my qoutes and there is $1600 difference in door to door and door to port, i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on the price of clearing stuff at customs...

i tend to agree- having children and being away from your family sucks- alot! especially when they would have cousins to grow up with, i feel totally and utterly worn out also :)

i had a rough estimate from pickfords $9500 - $1100 for a 20 ft container but that company dont have such a great reputation around here.

we are using half a 20ft container i ive just had...

i know what you mean, normally i prefer to support small buisness's, but not where my beloved's safety is involved! maybe i might go and visit them to check it out, maybe ask why...

im getting qoutes to (possibly) ship our beloved;) back to uk, so far i have 4 qoutes ranging from $3600 down to $2540, hmm:blink: quite a bit difference.

obviously the higher...

hi there :)

i had a guy come round today to give us a qoute to (possibly!:lol:) move some stuff back to the UK, he estimated half a 20 foot container, i agree thats about right.

i hve asked for...

he self packed and drove it to brisbane, not exactly sure of the price but he said it was cheap!

we had similar issues getting someone to sign for our daughters AU passport but we asked a neighbour we hadnt known her that long as we had...

hi there :)

we want to get our little girl a uk passport and am unsure of how to go about it?
were both uk born
she is AU born.
im hoping its an easything to do!
