I believe there is now a catchment area in place due to the high demand and lack of SHS over this way, lots of Redland Bay/Mt Cotton kids don't/won't get places at Cleveland SHS, there only SHS...

I used Go Walkabout, very helpful and I think they covered us for up to 15 days after landing to give you time to sort yourselves out.

Holiday insurance doesn't cover you for emigration.:)
