On advarage a house sale takes 12-16 weeks to complete and thats if there is no problems so prepare for some one to pull out at the last minute and re advertise etc :scared: On hole give it 6 months...

Think positive and go for it! We did and thank God we did. Put it on the market as you can always slow the process down! If somebody really wants your propety they will wait a month or so, i would! :)

Ok just looked back and i think you got a good deal in oz as our pups in UK were £2000 and we had a waiting list! Worth every penny if you know this fantastic breed! As i say to new Bully owners once...

Can't find accommodation in Cleaveland 4 Feb!

We arrive in Brisbane on Feb 15th with suit cases and 3 children in toe :scared: but can't seem to find reasonable accommodation to rent. Could anyone help?
