Question Citizenship question regarding PR Card...confused

Hi guys,

I sent in my citizenship app in June of '10. Got my booklet and letter in January that they are processing.

However, my PR card expired in October '10. I didn't see the need to renew...

I think that Buffalo might have lost my FBI clearances. They have requested new FBI's and I was "in process" before the clearance reached the six month mark. (I'm outside spousal-USA)...
