We are about to embark on our separation for immigration - I am off to Vancouver tomorrow & hubby will be here in the Uk by himself.

thanks for your replies! Have been onto a couple of lawyers in BC & they are saying the appeals process is taking upto a year - so we maybe better off re applying!
