Coomera Springs @ Upper Coomera, The Gold Coast, you can't beat it. So close to ALL on your original post. And it is an up and coming area, even in this economical climate.

Been on GC for only 2 weeks now. in a rental apartment @ AU$490.00 a week!! TFN, medicare, driving licence, banking, start work 9/7/07, etc all done. The only thing we need to do now is find a home....

Because we validated our visas in December, we have lost our 40kg allowance with Singapore Air, but as a gesture of good will, they have given us an extra 10gk each, so 60kg in total. Well...
