renting is BIG in Australia I know, but what happens when you reach retirement..................????

i've heard of other people investing their own money in property - but renting that out and living in some other rented property themselves......all seems strange to me!
Personally I'm trying not to think that far ahead at the moment...too scary!

Hi there.... i guess you have to try and make sure you've made other arrangements such as a good private pension to cover the rent and whatever else you might need......
i've heard of other people investing their own money in property - but renting that out and living in some other rented property themselves......all seems strange to me!
Personally I'm trying not to think that far ahead at the moment...too scary!

I was asking, as I only have 20 years to go 'till I'm at retirement age!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OUCH.................
