I have got school records for the children that covers the whole 3 years. Also have GP registration letters.

I can provide payslips for full 2 years. And also car insurance I have had for a year...

Letters from HMRC, DVLA, bank statements (2 of each) evenly spaced covering a 2 year period

And I don't have tenancy or mortgage. Its a family home

Proof for residency for British national

In order to register my children as British, I need to evidence residence in the UK for a 3 year period.

I am being advised to just submit bank statements for the 3 year period that will clearly...

They actually do need to give this information directly to either myself or my solicitor. Unfortunately, with the MN1 form, they can't do it themselves

Referee for children

Hello

We are registering children as British using MN1 form. For children under 10, how long does the Referee have to have known the children? Is this 3 years?

Biometric appointment

After application submission, my solicitor advised of a biometric appointment available 4 weeks after date of application! Is it normally how it is?

How can I check available appointments myself?

Thanks BRP! So does submitting the FLR (M) application cancel her existing BRP?

If she travels after submission, she won't be allowed to return back to UK if she comes back much earlier than BRP...

Travelling near BRP expiry date

My spouse want to travel overseas and her BRP expires on the 25th Aug 22. Visa extension application submitting in 2 days.

Yes that is what they have done. I was just concerned because it said in the guidance that one had to be paid "throughout" the 6 month period for Cat A.
