British Citizenship under 3(5) BNA
Hello,
We want to register our children as British under section 3(5) of BNA. We meet all requirements under the provision. Please advise on the following:
1. Are we able to travel immediately after submission of the application? There is an online MN1 form, so I hope the HO will only require scanned copies of passports and BRPs
2. We are on a 5 year route to settlement. Can the HO refuse the registration application and ask that the children complete the 5 year period?
