Nothing is guaranteed until a contract is produced and signed.
Until then, changes happen and rejection/cancelation can occur for a multitude of reasons.

- Grade 5 (specialist)
- c20-25k pm

To be clear and to avoid confusion - This is not with NEOM, but a consultancy/SMP. They have different hiring processes and will not follow the same hiring protocols as NEOM and other PIF...

I think there are some misunderstandings coming through from the recruiter (which doesnt really pose well...

Yes, there is a mosque. No, this is Saudi Arabia, so no Church.

The salary increase is not as cut and dry as just 30% uplift from current.
It could be anything from nothing to 20-30%, depending on the role.
