Going back to the meaning of disponer, I think in this context it means "be in the possession of", so maybe I've caused doubt when none exists...

Wouldn't be a huge surprise if it turned out there's a rule but everyone's agreeing to ignore it. But would be nice to at least know that if it's the case.

"disponer" could mean "provide", so it's "provide a passport", not "have a passport". Sorry to add more confusion but is there 100% confirmation that no action is needed?

I suppose if you have 3 days to announce your visit to the Guardia, and you are spending less than 3 days, then there's no point in doing it because even if you get caught you can just say you didn't...

Another vote for Millenium here. They overcharged me a few months in a row. One phone call (in English) and a few days of waiting and it was all resolved very easily. App never gave me any problems....

I have this problem with the passport, and also that the date of birth was not added correctly to the temporary certificate. And now my residency has expired anyway. Won't be leaving the country...

Hi all! My temporary residency expires on 25th Apr this year. Does anyone know what is the window for me to apply for the permanent residency? Is it 30 days before or some other timeframe?
