If I had a small pension ( approx £6500) from my employer in the UK is it best to pay tax on this pension in the UK or Australia?

Or do I have to pay tax in both the Uk and Australia?

we are not in Oz at the moment but have had our visa now for a couple of years. We plan to move when it suits our eldest daughters education which is inthe very mear fuiture.

Your sister's daughters CP should not be too much of a problem.

We have a daughter with CP and had similar concerns and found it did not affect our application.

CP should not be an health issue. It's a non progressive condition. We did not encounter any issues from DIMA or with medicals when we applied. Best of luck and let us know how your get on
