Don't know if you'd welcome second hand kids clothes, but I always buy kids clothes (and my own) from second hand markets and op shops (charity shops).

Otherwise Target, KMart, Big W or Best is...

I like the term and word BOGAN

Similar to the British term 'chav' and the American term 'white trash'

I laughed when I first got invited to a 'Bogan party' and didnt know what I was going to!!!
