Does anyone here know the rules for Rural 3?

I looked at the Council website and I don't understand a lot of it. Anyone have anye xperience with Rural 3 and if we are allowed to put a caravan or a sleep out on it?

I think the reality is Australia and NZ are low on the totem poll when it comes to economic and international importance.
Therefore, their vaccine pull power has been lower than other countries....
