how long after medicals for visa?

Can anyone give me a rough idea how long it takes to recieve your visa after doing your medicals. I've been told the medicals were fine. I'm going on an employer nominated sub class 121 if that helps.

Unsure at the moment as we haven't recieved them yet, but we are going under my husbands visa that is applied for by the Aussie Army, which will be a permanent visa as he has to become an Aussie...
