https://www.broadstreet.ca/ and they provide reasonably new condo's all across the city with the option of a monthly lease, so if you find somewhere better its easy to get out of, as for credit...

Not to be a bit of a downer, but outside of PEI, and NB, Alberta currently has the highest unemployment, and Calgary is way higher than Edmonton, so whilst it has its appeal, you are also fighting...

The FCP/ECP roles do not really exist here in Alberta where the equivalency would be Community/IRP (incident response paramedic) its really only practical for those with Non degree qualifications...

wonder how they got round the catch all that monies invested in rrsp can be withdrawn before the age of 55, which is why they all withdrew in the first place
