Hi Ali,

I lived in BC for 20 years. Have been back in England for four years. Sadly, I no longer like England and wished I hadn't come back. Life in BC was enjoyable , we could afford to live and enjoy our lives. Out local GP surgery employed GP's from England. We had six there and, all were very happy with their salary's, however, BC requires all GP's to take their BC GP examinations within three years of arriving , its the same with nurses. Most nurses take their BC exams whilst still in England, therefore can work immediately (at twice the wages too) !
All the best. UK Chrissie
