My property manager pays on my behalf the 24% tax on rental every quarter, and I've invested and sold on few mutual funds during the year. The tax on gain (mutual funds) gets deducted automatically...

That's correct but it doesn't mean people will suddenly sell out. It's a big change but as long as it covers its expenses you might be served keeping the asset, unless you need that money urgently....

I consulted a lawyer last year regarding this point and he told me that you can move money to and from Spain with no restrictions. The banking sectors in Spain is strong and so far I had no problems.
