Thanks, did think whether that was an option. Will hold of on OHIP... hopefully rental agreement and maybe a cell bill will be acceptable for the school registration.

Proof of address when hoping to live with relatives

Hi,

Just wondering what would acceptable proof of address for things like OHIP, school registration etc. We will be staying with my father in law so won’t have any of the usual proof of address.....

Haven't emailed the filled in form, they just emailed me and asked me to confirm my height, eye colour and postal address. Guessing they got the rest from the passport image. You are correct looks...

Just had an email back from them asking me to confirm this information. Note to any future applicants, probably best to fill it in. Impressed with how quickly they are dealing with the emails though.

Thanks for the info! Very useful! I was estimating about 18 months for the process, 2 years is probably more realistic with a house to sell etc.

Seen a lot of people make that move post the Brexit...
