Had a positive assessment from VETASSESS (as residential care officer), the problem was they thought my work experience was more of a teachers aide( which is not on the SOL list)...

Real Estate Agency mangers and real estate salepersons are on the SOL ( skilled occupations list) although it is only 40 point occupation. Not sure of your age etc, money to invest etc.Not too clued...

From what I read then I should be eligible for UK Citizenship Born In South Africa 1968 to mother who was( still is) British????Then I wonder why I was told I could only apply for an ancestry visa?...
