Re: Cheap calls to UK

You could also try VOIP - Vonage and Skype seem to be two of the best companies right now. Cheaper calls all over, not just to landlines.

Re: UK-US flight prices...

Find another travel agent. Part of the point of a travel agent is to help you do just this - you don't need the added stress of trying to sort it out yourself. Any good travel agent will be able to...

Re: Moving to US - a few questions...

I'd be careful about that. I think if you earn *any* income you're supposed to file a US tax form. You may not pay tax on it (foreign-earned and -taxed income is excluded) but you still need to...

Re: APB: Looking for Travel Agents with connections

I'd say also look at Edinburgh, because Lufthansa and Air France fly to Edinburgh but not Glasgow, and both tend to have cheaper deals than some of the others. Continental's fares are still higher...

Re: Medical Insurance needed for a month

There is new legislation that says travel agents cannot sell travel insurance on its own, it must be with another product (flight, hotel, carhire, tour, etc.). WHY, when unrelated high street stores...

Re: BA Air miles

That's not necessarily true. On competing routes, mainly the transatlantic ones, you can't earn BA miles by flying on American and vice versa.
