Just because something is advertised at a certain price theres no obligation on the vendor to actually sell it to you. If they agree to sell it then it must be at the advertised price, however they can simply refuse to sell it. Bad customer relations but sometimes better than make a massive loss due to a mistake.

I think it means "when at all possible". If 30 people show up all within the same hour they can't physically process the film in that time - the machine can only take so many.

I remember a while back a story about Airtours or First Choice selling flights to Florida on their website for £29 return, this family bought about 15 seats and they honoured the price!

My pet hate is trying to buy 'fragrance free' toiletries (I like to add my own essential oils to them). Check the ingredients list of most items that say 'Fragrance Free' on the front and what will you find as an ingredient?......fragrance.
