Nothing about Guanzghou is normal. About half of the folks who returned their P-3 in July are still waiting for an interview. The December interview shedule is full and who knows about January.

Absolutely right. A couple can get married anywhere the law allows. Since marriage in legal in all 50 states, a couple simply needs to fill out the application, pay the fee and provide the neessary...
