K-1 or K-3 which is faster coming from China?
I am curious which visa is faster now as my girlfriend from china and
I are talking about getting married.I would have to apply thru
Nebraska for both and then Chicago i guess for the K-3.I have read
that Chicago is all but dried up for processing K-3 applications. Any
help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Craig

if so, nbc is much faster than nsc, which means k3 is a better choice.

Nebraska has speeded up significantly- about four months right now.
Chicago/Missouri/NBC has slowed down lately.
They are very similar, then, and one never knows what will be
happening a few months from now.
