Actually DIMIA would give you a timeframe in which you would have to leave the country for them to make a decision , atleast by a date you would have to provide them your travel details of leaving...

Here in the Indian embassy(canberra) i was told you would have to submit your passport and it generally takes atleast 6 weeks to get PCC done. Problem is i cannot submit my passport for that long...

Is passport enough to prove age ?
