It's a EB-1. We are yet to do an interview.
We are both born in the UK.
We did the i-140 form. Not sure about the others tbh.

Sounds like buying in the US might be the best bet as don't want to pay UK & US Tax. Our Visa is for 3 years. We hope to renew after that period. I...
