My IT filed is mostly hardware, install, maintenance, upgrades etc so most of that has to be hands on. Infact most of my IT work has been in airports but i'd hope there was other opportunities out...

I live in Glasgow, Scotland where its, wet, wet, wet and occasionally....oh yeah wet! No snowy winters here anymore just cold and rain. Summers are usually on a Tuesday but that's unpredictable now...

Just to hijack the thread a bit. I see on a lot of sites that there is a thing called "Car Proof" report. Is this just like a HP check in the UK or is it a mechanical check also?

We barely get a snowy winter in Glasgow now. Its, rain, rain, rain most of the time. gets very dreary after a while. Looking for some proper seasons and Canada seems to have that.

Does seem a bit high to me too if i compare it to what i spend in the UK on 2 cars.

If i go with 89 cents a liter that works out at 0.48p per liter in the UK. At the moment for a liter of diesel...

Child trust fund is just money we put by for our child and he gets it when he's 18 for education fee, car etc. Probably could have left that one out.

My partner has a BA Hons Degree in Social Work with 4-5 yrs experience. How would this help her chances of a job in Canada? Probably within the Ontario area.
