Wow that was good. Florida will only accept valid out of state licenses for swaps. I have an OLD CA and WA but they are both really old (15 years or so).

Thank you for your swift reply. So i'm ok paying in 2x $5000 checks but maybe tell bank or pay them in together and that way they cant think i'm hiding anything (which i'm not)

That rent amount is ridiculous....I take it your both doctors 😁 Here in Florida it's about 1,800 for a nice 3 bed apt or 2,500 for a decent 3/4 bed house(with pool).
