This not a foregone conclusion, it would have to be part of the negotiations.
If Britain did remain in the EEA there would be a big disadvantage in leaving as under the EEA there would still be free...

we have been looking at idealista - Homes for rent and sale. Free listings (http://www.idealista.com/en/) they cover many areas including Almeria. We are coming in May to do the same thing.
