And I can’t assume what they will or won’t be spending mid-week. What I can assume is that $500 is luxurious enough for anyone to spend each weekend.

It was a suggestion only. If there’s no agreement then there’s nothing that can be done and OP will need to cover cost.

As long as package is worthwhile and you love the Heat then go for it.

Weekends visiting KL, Bali, Phuket, Boracay, etc sound appealing enough...

How close do you want to live to the central business district? Prices vary for 3 bed condo from 2.4K SGD on outskirts to 6-7K SGD near CBD.
