Real estate price minimums for foreigners

Hi, I understand there are minimum prices per unit that foreigners are allowed to buy. For example, 1 million RM for Kuala Lumpur, 500,000 in Penang (which also has a minimum two unit requirement).

Where to get 20 to 25 inch freestanding fans?

The Tesco models seem to top out at 18 inches, anyone know where to get bigger models?

A friend of mine in the US had a huge fan, I would say it was about 24 inches and probably meant for a store...

I agree with this, it sounds like the poster in general is trying to draw a cartel-like dividing line between expats and locals. Sorry but it's possible to be spendthrift and happy at the same time.

What is the best place for electronics in Kuala Lumpur?

In Bangkok we have Pantip Plaza, renowned for its many small electronics shops carrying all types of tech wares. There's also Fortune IT mall. Is there anything similar to these in Kuala Lumpur?
