My kids love feeding the parrots in Neil Hawkins park, Joondalup. Take some wild bird seed, they seem to prefer the black seeds. Go in the morning, by midday the birds are full and not interested....

Got a plumber round. Turns out we have to have 6 palm trees and a conifer cut down around the pool if we want to avoid future problems. He reckons one of the palms has cracked the main sewerage pipe...

Thanks for all the advice. Bloody typical, it would happen on a Friday night when it's pitch black outside and all the shops are closed. :( It was probably caused by the kids using half a toilet...

All my kids have had the MMR jabs and none of them have any problems. I know someone who's son got polio. She is very anti immunisations. Fortunately, he now only has one leg longer than the other...

I took a cup-cake to cheer her up and the doc gave her a couple of jelly snakes. Poor thing got a needle in both arms.
