Took about 10 days for my status to be updated, the case last updated field did change after this time and the overall status only changed to issued once the embassy had completed all their actions...

Thanks guys for all the responses, just got back home and its the not knowing and more waiting that is worse than anything else, guess time will tell and we will see what the RFE comes back as
