I was born and lived in the UK for 30 years before coming to Canada 20 years ago so I believe I am covered for them to just have their passport applications submitted

Further to my original message, is anyone aware exactly what they mean by

a) for the language evidence that one course does not count - would proof i passed maths, science etc at the same school...

Exactly as per magnumpi reply above i supplied my certificate that was my secondary school certificate stating in over 20 years ago i had passed English at school in England. How unbelievable can it...

1) says that Language evidence is not acceptable. I supplied my high school (Certificate Of Secondary Education)...

If a personal import most customs brokers will not help as personal imports are normally done yourself with customs. If a broker will actually help you will pay a lot!
