Yes, some things are expensive, do try & source from elsewhere if possible
But don't surround yourself with negative people who begrudge you doing well, snap shot you seem very negative, read a book...

Ha, just a heads up mate, pays to shop before you drop here I reckon. Like yeah design a kitchen with a great big hole in it for a shite fridge freezer, because you can't get integrated

The blown foam insulation, do you need a permit to do that, like you do for the remove the plaster board & fit insulation, also does the foam leave any damp...

Bang on! Try getting any integrated appliances, it's like the quest for the grail! I would buy new in England, Miele, Bosch Smeg etc unwrap em & bring them over.

Request the unlock code from your provider, they are obliged to give it as apple dont like their phones locked to one network, might take a week or two, but will come through
