I know you need experience aswell as qualifications, and I think a typical degree is 4 years so you each three years of experience is 1/4 of the degree, so thats 12 years experience aswell as the hnc...

They are, I not a master forger though, thats a black art type of skill that takes years to master. Thats why most of the best forgers are in their 60s.

Yeh being being 20 means little to no experience/skills/knowledge. I am glad I went down the apprentice route. Having qualifications helps but with little or no work experience means you haven't...
