When I spoke to the Embassy in the UAE re: Emergency passports, they advised me that my residence visa in the UAE would be cancelled if I left on an emergency passport?? I didn't proceed any further...

Sadly mine has been 'with the examiner' since 17th April..... Still with no movement. Spoke to them today, the progress team again stated 6wks turn around... I wonder what they will say next week??

The alternative option to an Annuity is - Pension Drawdown. This you are able to do through various methods, your existing personal pension now allows this as of March 2014 Budget...

Hi Editha, if you always get the best rate from FirstDirect that is fantastic! The currency exchange company I use always beats my banks rate, hence my statement..
