I tried this when I first started visiting FL. The main issue is not the legal ability in acquiring a DL, it is finding staff who knows they can issue one.

Yeah, I think it is only Radio 2 (as in, no other Beeb offerings) on there and only live - not that I'd have much interest in listening to out of date Radio 2. ;)

Both the Beeb and CNN block access for me fairly quickly when I use Google Chrome on the Chromebook, I can skirt both by using incognito mode although the Beeb site is riddled with ads and popups.

In this instance probably not, although there were big oaks in that yard too and they weren't averse to shedding large limbs so it's hard to tell. Step daughter lives about a mile from our old place...
