If it is Administrative PROCESSING, as opposed to Administrative REVIEW, then your wait should ony be between 4 - 6 weeks. It is simply additional security screenings done by the FBI and State Dept...

Also, I don't even know if he WAS served with the papers because I don't know where he is. i had them go to the mosque, but the Sheriff won't...
