I've done mine. 5 people failed the fitness test though. In a random pub in London now having a pint. I'm same as above, one minute I think the interview went well, the next I'm thinking of all the...

Started on grass which wasn't the best, then moved onto an athletics track in the local sports hall. Managed to knock about 0.4 of a second off. Thought its be more but ill have to try harder I guess.

Sounds like a weird question, but what sort of cones are they? Are they tall ones or small ones that sit on the floor? I'm guessing small ones will be easier to run around without touching. Anyone...

Does anybody know the order of which the fitness test will be in?

I'm not sure how much I could do after the Agility and Bleep Test!

Does anyone know the difference between the transitional squad and the recruit squad (May courses)? What would an application from Uk from a police officer of 5 years fall into?
