Just set a schedule on your Torrent client to use less bandwidth during working hours. Then in the evening, it can grab what it needs.

Nope. My Vonage box is attached to my wireless router. Works perfectly. I have friends that use Lingo too and they are setup the same way. Lingo box into the wireless router.

Used Vonage with AT&T DSL and Time Warner Cable and never had any issues.

Calls are crystal clear and never had any drop outs.
