anytime from August to November would be the most ideal. Essentially spring when all the flowers are in bloom, the weather is great and plenty of festivities on the weekends in the lead up to summer.

is it a home loan or a personal loan? Things may have changed now, but when i last heard home loans are fine, but not personal loans, as odd as it may sound.
